Building software for a hospital is the easy part. Getting twenty blood centres across a state — each with its own staff, habits, and paper trail — onto one system, on schedule, is the actual work.
IRCS Andhra Pradesh
The Indian Red Cross Society's Andhra Pradesh network — one of the largest voluntary blood services in the state — moved from paper-based records to a single unified electronic platform across all 20 centres, with real-time visibility into collections and inventory statewide.

DKMS Access to Transplantation
DKMS's Access to Transplantation programme funds and enables bone marrow transplant centres in developing countries around the world. BMTPlus is the technology platform used to run it. In India, that includes two dedicated paediatric BMT units built with DKMS support: the Sankalp-BMJH Centre in Bangalore and the Sankalp-Health1 Centre in Ahmedabad.

Every transplant programme generates an extraordinary amount of clinical truth — vitals, doses, laboratory trends, and the plain-language reasoning a clinician types into a note after every round. Almost none of it is ever asked a question. BMTPlus was built on the premise that this doesn't have to be true.

Clinical events and outcomes are computed directly from the record rather than re-entered by hand for every new question, and the free-text narrative is mined alongside the structured data, not instead of it. Survival analysis and regression are then built to the same standard as the published studies the clinicians already read.
The result is one comparable dataset across four centres, rather than four datasets that cannot be asked the same question.

A cascade-orchestration platform evolving toward AI-assisted counselling support.
StopThal already treats prevention as one accountable pathway — enrolment, through molecular confirmation, through counselling — rather than scattered field activity. That structure is what makes the data askable.
The next step is counselling support: using the same captured pathway to help the counsellor at the point of the conversation, rather than reporting on it afterwards.
ScolioHeal
Turning one of the world's largest scoliosis correction programmes into an active learning organisation — not just healing, but learning from every case it treats.
ScolioHeal launched this year as a longitudinal registry at Bhagwan Mahaveer Jain Hospital, Bangalore, tracking every patient from registration through radiology, surgery, and years of follow-up in one continuous record.
Because the record is continuous and computed rather than re-keyed, the programme can ask questions of its own outcomes as it goes. That is what we mean by an active learning organisation.

A CTRI-registered paediatric bone marrow transplant trial (CTRI/2025/06/088638), studying a simpler oral treatment for a common post-transplant complication in children. Supported by DKMS, approved by two independent ethics committees, and run entirely on Jagriti's paperless data management — case report forms, not paper charts.

Finance and HR/payroll platforms for the nonprofit sector — proven first on Sankalp India Foundation's own books, now running across 150+ centres and a ₹35+ crore annual budget with a lean finance team, and licensed to Satsang Foundation.

Who we are
We didn't start as engineers. We started as volunteers.
Jagriti InnoHealth Platforms — originally Jagriti Innovations — was founded by people who came to technology through Sankalp India Foundation, not the other way round. Each of us was a Sankalp volunteer first, working corporate jobs elsewhere, before independently deciding technology could do more for the cause than any of us could alone. So we quit, and built it.
